Here’s to remembering we don’t have to do it alone
Feeling Into Gratitude: How to find it within
Take a deep breath and a moment to feel into your body. Ask yourself, where do I feel gratitude? Is it in your heart? Your belly? Does it radiate all over? What images, memories, or sensations arise when you invite gratitude in?
Your Healing Power
Your body has an incredible, natural ability to heal itself. When you break a bone, you don’t have to tell it how to repair, it just begins. Over time, with care and patience, the bone fuses back together. That same wisdom exists within you when it comes to emotional wounds and trauma.
I want to remind you of your own healing power.
Yes, there are countless healing modalities, therapy, meditation, movement, energy work, and more that can support you along the way. And while those tools are valuable, the true transformation happens through what you choose to give to your healing, every single day.
It’s in the small, intentional acts: choosing rest when you're tired, speaking kindly to yourself, facing what hurts instead of running from it, reaching out when you need support. Healing isn’t always fast or linear, but it is possible.
Trust that just like your body knows how to mend, your heart and mind do too. The work is yours, and so is the power.
Reclaiming Your Power

These discussions often leave us feeling anxious, frustrated, fearful, and helpless. How do we fight for justice without sacrificing our peace? What can we do when change feels out of reach?
So, I asked: What energy do we need to harness to reclaim our power in these uncertain and pivotal times?
