One of life’s greatest challenges is coping with loss—whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship through divorce, or the pain of a miscarriage. This workshop is thoughtfully designed to support you through the grieving process in a compassionate, holistic way.

Grief is not just an emotional experience—it also affects the body. When we endure loss, our bodies can hold on to tension, pain, and unexpressed emotions. What makes this workshop unique is its integration of sound healingenergy healing meditation, breathwork and yoga, each carefully selected to help release grief stored in the body and promote a sense of inner calm.

In addition, we’ll engage in open discussions about grief, offering a safe space to share, connect, and learn how to navigate this journey. We invite you to join a supportive, nurturing community grounded in love, understanding, and mutual healing during this sacred time.

We are Jasmine and Dee, two holistic wellness practitioners who have walked our own paths through grief and emerged with a deep commitment to helping others heal. Our personal experiences with loss have shown us the power of support, community, and holistic practices in navigating the complex emotions and cycles of grief.

With our combined expertise in sound healing, restorative yoga, art therapy, and emotional wellness, we create a safe and nurturing environment where you can gently release grief and trauma stored in the body. We understand the importance of honoring each individual’s unique healing journey, and we are dedicated to holding compassionate space for you every step of the way.
