“I visited Jasmine for a chakra energy clearing the week before I was scheduled to facilitate a major event, and I cannot recommend her enough—at any stage of life, but especially before something that requires clarity, calm, and the release of anxious or blocked energy.
Jasmine helped me let go of a weight I had been carrying due to some personal life events. She also reflected parts of myself back to me that I hadn’t been acknowledging, which allowed me to see myself more clearly and reconnect with the person I want to be—both in my everyday life and for the professional milestone I was about to reach.

“I was reeling. Blindsided and knocked for a loop by the trauma of a sudden and unexpected loss. My world view was shattered and I’d been wandering aimlessly in the inky darkness of grief. On days when I could afford it, I wouldn’t get out of bed; and the days I had to go to work were bizarre. Everything was in slow motion, kind of like being under water, the massive effort needed to take a step. Trying to maintain a façade of normalcy on workdays was exhausting. I had to walk myself through every single motion: it’s time to get up, put one leg over the bed, now put the other leg, walk step by step to the bathroom, turn on the water, where is the toothpaste … the minutes dragged. So basically I was either glued to bed or walking underwater. And I’d been doing this for months, invariably each day with hours of inconsolable sobbing, alternating with hour of numbness and detachment. A part of me had died, and the loss of self, loss of control, loss of hope was ghastly. My friends were trying to help, but the pressure of going out for a walk in that molasses-thick air outside was more than I could handle.
And then came Jasmine. Actually I came to her after one of my friends recommended her. It’s now been three months of therapy with her, and she has been my saving grace. I’ve been sitting with my laptop for hours today trying to find the words to explain what she does and how she does it. I can describe it in a technical sense, that Jasmine’s practice works because what she does engages so many parts of the brain, synchronizing and energizing mind-body connections to help the body heal itself. But in a deeper sense, I think it’s her intuitive recognition that we’re all complex creations that must be felt to be understood, kind of like a piece of music. It’s her exquisite ability to connect on multiple levels that makes Jasmine the healer she is, and it’s that connection that is mysterious and defies explanation.
