Who We Are

We are the Irons sisters—Julienne, Jeannine, and Jasmine, a dynamic trio of alchemists who have discovered the power to transform life’s most profound tragedies into sources of joy and beauty. The sudden loss of our big sister Jamila in 2013 shattered us into a million pieces, leaving us to wonder if our hearts’ would ever be whole again. This unbearable grief was soon followed by even more heart-wrenching experiences, including divorce, child loss, financial upheaval, sexual assault, and the deaths of dear friends & family.

We learned there is no moving forward without going inward so through years of supporting each other and deep introspection we have emerged with tremendous resilience.

With our diverse backgrounds in intuitive energy healing, marketing, art, and creative storytelling, we felt compelled to join forces and create something truly magical.

Together, we are 3 of Cups, a sanctuary for transformation, community, connection, and the alchemy of turning pain into beauty,
