I am a passionate certified sound and intuitive energy healer and reiki practitioner with a profound understanding of trauma and grief. My work spans a diverse clientele, from individuals navigating clinical depression to those seeking serenity and balance. I am deeply devoted to supporting others on their healing journeys.

Originally from New Jersey with Jamaican roots (Wha gwan?!), I now call California home. I cherish exploring different parts of the world, connecting with people across cultures, and immersing myself in the richness of diverse experiences. As a proud mama to my sweet son, Phoenix, I embrace the magic of motherhood and the daily lessons he offers in presence and unconditional love.

Before embarking on my healing path, I spent over a decade as a TV story producer. However, my life shifted profoundly following the devastating loss of my first son, Shiloh, in 2018, nearly four months into my pregnancy. That heartbreak, compounded by the grief of losing my eldest sister, Jamila, in 2013, and enduring two more miscarriages in 2019 and 2022, shaped my soul’s journey. In 2024, I also faced the pain of divorce, yet these experiences became powerful catalysts for transformation.

Rather than succumbing to despair, I committed to authentic healing, diving deeply into life’s dualities—Yin and Yang—to reclaim my wholeness. Through relentless introspection, I discovered the courage to alchemize my pain into purpose, healing myself so I could extend that healing to others.  I also discovered that through my pain, I could transform my emotions into expressions of art and interior design. Creating art became therapy for my soul, offering solace and healing in the most profound way.
