I’m Jasmine Irons, a certified trauma informed intuitive energy healer, sound therapist, artist, and creative designer. For the past six years, I’ve been guiding others toward greater self-acceptance, love, peace, joy, and wholeness.

Through intuitive energy healing, inner child work, past-life regression, sound therapy, Reiki, and other healing modalities, I create space for clients to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and remember the wisdom they already carry within.

My own journey through profound grief and loss deeply informs the work I do today. After losing my eldest sister and my son, Shiloh, as well as experiencing two additional miscarriages and a devastating divorce, I found my way into healing through spirituality, intuition, creativity, and a deeper understanding of grief and trauma. These experiences became catalysts for transforming my pain into purpose and ultimately led me to support others through their own healing journeys. I eventually left the world of TV to pursue healing work full-time in 2019.

I’m also an artist who creates handmade  floral artwork, transforming flowers into beautiful expressions of love, loss, healing, and transformation. My art was born from the loss of my son, Shiloh, and became a way for me to express the depth of my grief and love. Through creating these pieces, I discovered something within myself that I never knew existed, I didn’t know art lived in me until grief gave me a way to bring it to life. My own experience with grief eventually inspired me to create Healing After Loss, a self-paced online course offering practical tools and compassionate guidance for navigating grief and loss.

Today, I bring together my two greatest passions—energy healing and creativity—to help businesses uncover and express the unique energy at the heart of their brand. I’m currently the Head of Creative Design & Intuitive Energy Healing at 3 of Cups, an Energy Branding agency I co-founded with my sisters, where intuition, expertise and creative strategy come together to create meaningful, authentic brand identities.

Originally from New Jersey with Jamaican roots, I now call California home. I’m also a proud mama to my beautiful son, Phoenix, who continues to teach me about presence, unconditional love, and a whole lot of life’s magic.
